Job Title: Junior Sales Representative

Position Overview: As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of sales experience, encompassing both account management and outside sales. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while also nurturing existing partnerships. While not mandatory, experience in channel sales will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with employee benefits and accounting principles will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Management to develop strategic plans and initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MUST have 1-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with experience in account management and or outside sales.
- Knowledge of channel sales practices is helpful.
- Employee benefits knowledge and/or accounting principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
