Position Overview: The HRIS Analsyt position will support our client revamp this current HR Database and support them in future growth.Responsibilities:Host internal stakeholder meetings to get an overall picture of future state and goals of clientWork with client to provide best practices on use, setup of WFN.Support the onboarding and terminations of employees.Change the setup of WFN, where needed to help optimize workflows, and overall business.Build out WFN as an International HRIS DatabaseBuild out custom reporting including Benefit invoice and reconciliation of benefits.Support Benefit OE and benefits process.Help build more automate current manual processes inside WFN.Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date, a length of 3 months with possible extensionLevel of Effort: PT, 15-25 hours per weekWorking Hours: ESTAbout Us: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is a Professional Services firm that delivers comprehensive business solutions worldwide.
