Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as primary administrator of ADP system, providing Tier 1 support to functional teams for HR applications. Responsibilities include table maintenance, importing/exporting data, coordination of mass changes and imports, and user access.
- Maintain the applicant tracking and on-boarding systems, ADP Enterprise and any additional HR software systems.
- Conduct data integrity audits to confirm accuracy in the HRIS by reviewing and monitoring data input and output.
- Serve as internal consultant to HR team for the improvement of data management and work processes.
- Support HR operations through the development/implementation of the system. Assists with defining user requirements and testing to ensure user specifications have been met.
- Create and run reports from the various systems to meet user needs.
- Resolve data and database issues through troubleshooting of application issues and data inconsistencies.
- Act as liaison to the Technology departments and software vendors for system, application and security related issues.
- Document system related procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate data.
- Provide system administration and end user training and support as required.
- Perform data mapping and participate in the system conversion for acquired banks or mergers.
- Participate in all department system related projects.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software to include v-lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
- Ability to understand and manipulate HR software packages.
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information/data, including establishing effective data/information control.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment; meet strict deadlines handle multiple ongoing projects concurrently.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience with HR systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with ADP Enterprise and ADP reporting preferred.
