SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for an HRIS Analyst II in Jersey City, NJ.  The HRIS Analyst II will play a vital role in the system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* The HRIS Analyst II will assist the Director of Compensation in a project to create new job titles for all Verisk employees globally •Download relevant employee data from the HRIS (Peoplesoft or comparable) •Prepare data and analyses requested by the external vendor that we are collaborating with.
* The HRIS Analyst II will provide guidance and tools to HR business partners to assign job titles to the employee they support.
* The HRIS Analyst II will organize and address requests for changes .
* The HRIS Analyst II will handle Job Titling an entire company (or large segment) across numerous Job Families/Functions.
* The HRIS will provide ongoing updates and track progress.
Compensation and Benefits:
