Job description

Job Summary

Under moderate supervision provides techno-functional support for the company's suite of HR Technologies, including any of the Oracle Fusion HCM suite of modules: HCM, Compensation, Performance and Talent, and Talent Acquisition, as well as ADP Payroll, UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Visier Analytics.

Essential Functions

  • Support one or more technologies and underlying business areas, such as payroll (and finance and accounting), compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, recruiting, and hiring, in addition to core HR.  Research issues, engage with technology vendors and the business area to resolve difficult and sometimes complex day to day issues. Act as an escalation point for end-users who are experiencing difficulties in using HR technologies. Learn two or more technologies and act as primary and/or backup as needed.  Serve as System and Security Administrator for multiple HR systems.
  • Design, develop reports and generate HRIS reports using tools such as Excel, UKG, HR Connect, Visier, etc.  as needed to produce comprehensive reports. Research, compile data, prepare statistical reports including spreadsheets, and may analyze the results for presentations.
  • Work with HR business areas and HRIS Manager to identify areas of process and/or data improvement. Work with technology vendors on needed configuration changes and/or projects.  With guidance from the HRIS Manager, use proven methods of Issue Definition, Requirements, Design, Configuration, Testing (including UAT with business areas as needed) and Implementation/Rollout; and set/follow project timelines.
  • Keep up to date on technologies, research communities for new system functionality and trends, monitor upgrades and possible impacts and implement new features. Perform testing and communicate changes as needed to team, business area and IT.
  • Work with technology consultants and IT peers to implement and support Integrations to/from HR technologies, including data definition and mapping, requirements, design, rollout and on-going support.
  • Develop documentation on work as needed, which may include user guidelines, procedures and training. Assist with various HR Projects. May supervise HRIS Associate.
