Full-Time position that must include Sat/Sun. (8hrs x 5days)
Responsibilities:
Manages ongoing client staffing processes, including:
❖ Schedules staff for both new and existing client’s needs.
❖ Manages staff absences to ensure that each client’s needs are being fulfilled.
❖ Matches Caregiver’s skill level to client’s needs.
❖ Reports promptly all quality assurance concerns to case management.
❖ Reports patterns and trends pertaining to caregiver attendance and behavior to HR coordinator.
- Answers office phones in a timely manner.
- Checks messages every thirty minutes.
- Meets regularly with team members to ensure quality client care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient with computers and MS Office programs
- Must be flexible and able to work in a very dynamic environment of the rapidly growing agency
- Ability to Multi-task and maintain a pleasant helpful demeanor with all staff and clients
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable under complex and high-pressure situations
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and capable of working autonomously
- Superior organization skills and detail oriented
- Ability to pass a Level II Background check

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
