Essential functions:
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues with the FillPure water filtration systems
- Assembly and maintenance of water and flavor dispensers
- Local, regional, and national field support for filtration systems and dispensers
- Test and document data related to the inner workings of all machines including the testing of any new technology
- Check for triaged equipment, salvaging parts for recycle or disposal
- Help ensure work space is clean and organized
- Technical phone support for FillPure program
- Pharmacy customer training and data collection
- Software quality assurance
- Support warehouse on any projects that need additional attention
- Tradeshow support
- Inventory management
- Additional projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Full time travel (25% overnight)
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Experience with water filtration systems a plus
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to travel by car and air
- Water quality knowledge a plus
- Possess problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Physical Requirements necessary with or without a *reasonable accommodation:

- Ability to work in cramped spaces at the customer site

Our Fillmaster line of dispensers dispenses water automatically, in precise amounts, to improve pharmacy workflow and accuracy. The new FLAVORx Auto even dispenses the customers preferred flavor, completely eliminating the time it takes to flavor medications.
To ensure our pharmacy customers can fill prescriptions with safe, high-quality purified water, we pair our dispensers with a proprietary water purification system designed to meet pharmaceutical specifications. FillPure, our Water Quality division, includes a growing team of field technicians who are responsible for servicing and maintaining the water purification systems and Fillmaster dispensers. Demand for our equipment is growing rapidly, so we’re expanding our team across many departments to better serve our pharmacy customers.
