This Virtual Call Center Representative position will work out of our Charleston, SC location.

What You’ll Do as a Virtual Call Center Representative
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers through inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide detailed information about our storage facilities, services, and amenities to help customers make informed decisions.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities, such as insurance coverage or packing supplies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's customer management system.
- Daily managing of leads and reservations tasks within the Sitelink platform, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate storage unit size, location, and rental terms, and guide through reservation process.
- Follow up with customers on e-sign tasks to ensure rental agreements have been signed and completed.
- Handle customer billing inquiries, process payments, and ensure accurate and up-to-date account information.
- Manage account receivable, tenant delinquencies and auction coordination.
- Log maintenance requests, communicate updates and accurately document service tickets.
- Provide front-end support with virtual calls during high call volume and staffing conflicts.
- Monitor designated facilities leave activity, move ins and occupancy.

- Proficient execution of MS Outlook, Sitelink, Slack, MaintainX and ServiceChannel.
- Proven ability to multitask across multiple software platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of call center experience
