Warranty Administrator

Monument Chevrolet is growing and excited to be adding enthusiastic, friendly, customer focused individuals to our world class organization.

We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator for our busy service department. Monday – Friday Full Time @ 40 hours per week, closed Saturday and Sunday; Work Location: In person

Duties:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a dealership setting, General Motors preferred

- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation

- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance

- Communicate with dealer and manufacturer regarding warranty claims

- Maintain warranty records and files

- Assist in resolving warranty issues and disputes

-Submit claims to GM Fleet Consolidated Billing

- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for warranty claims Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience:

• Warranty Administrator or relative dealership experience: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
