Warranty and Collision Administrator

Barnett Harley-Davidson is looking for an organized, customer service oriented person to join our fast pace Service Department team. Must be able to pass a background check and hair follicle drug test.

Job Summary Description

• Submits, edits, and tracks all warranty related claims to Harley-Davidson, and extended service. Works with technicians, insurance companies, and Collision customers.
• Oversee and manage the warranty claims process within the dealership.
• Train all dealership staff on Harley-Davidson warranty policies, warranty definitions, and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Harley-Davidson warranty policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all eligible warranty claims are submitted electronically and in a timely manner.
• Be the key contact for customers using insurance to repair their motorcycles.
• Able to write up a detailed damage estimate to submit to insurance company.
• Work with insurance company throughout duration of repairs.
• Provide continuous weekly updates to customers throughout their repairs.
• Submit ESP claims in a timely manner.
• Other Duties as assigned by management.

Schedule

Mon- Fri 9:00am-6:00pm *Some Saturdays

Pay****(Dependent on Experience)

$15-$17/hr
