The Administrative Assistant will assist with general office duties and with the tracking coordinating of projects for our Insurance Services Team. This is a fast-paced position requiring a pleasant, helpful demeanor, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities;
- The successful candidate will be the personal assistant to Advisors.
- Role requires that tasks, transactions, and paperwork are carried out according to processes and in a timely manner.
- Assistant will be managing client files as well as ensuring that all tasks are addressed accurately and efficiently.
- Work in partnership to assist in administrative support of existing and future clients.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
Requirements
Skills and experience;
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund industry is preferred but not mandatory. Mutual Fund license required within one year.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience working in an administration role.
- High accuracy and good time management skills..
