Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Assist with event planning and coordination - Conduct research and compile data for various projects - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Experience in event planning is a plus - Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Location: [STREET_ADDRESS] Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
