Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting creative individuals? We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to methodically support a dynamic public figure and business leader based in Miami.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, responding to inquiries and flagging important messages.
- Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide reminders for upcoming opportunities, events, and deadlines.
- Research and identify potential interviews, appearances, and networking opportunities.
- Assist in brainstorming, coordinating, planning events such as: poetry readings, fundraisers, public appearances.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) QuickBooks and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with the Miami area is highly preferred.
Additional Information:
- Part-time contract position, up to 10-15 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule, remote work. In person co-working possibilities.
- Salary range negotiable and based on experience and availability.
