We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Store Clerk to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant/Store Clerk, you will be responsible for helping customers shop at the retail store while also performing various administrative tasks as a virtual assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate inventory records through data entry using excel or google sheets
- Conduct online research and gather necessary information in order to listo new products
- Photograph new inventory and create/ or edit product listings
- Offer customer service support via email or chat
- Manage general administrative tasks like organizing, and inventory management
- Assist customers at the physical store with their purchase.
-Handle cash and final checkout using square products.
-Package ítems to fulfill online orders
-Create and manage social media context
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and effective multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with ebay, poshmark and mercari selling platforms
