Experienced Virtual Assistant Needed For Successful Business Coaching Program

Position Overview

You will be working directly and closely with the CEO of a Business Coaching company that supports female founders in the boutique fitness industry. Our business is conducted entirely online and this is a fully remote position.

You will lean on your strong organizational talent and your excellent communication skills to support the CEO and the community of female founders we assist.

In this role, you will oversee client support and play a vital role in our ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our members. You will also coordinate ongoing projects including events, community outreach and podcast production.

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure a high level of detail and accuracy, can work quickly and efficiently across multiple systems and software, and is passionate about supporting female fitness business owners.

Required Skills & Experience

• You have experience in the online coaching business space within a B2C environment
• You are highly-organized (and love to organize!), detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to prioritize work with guidance
• You have experience with project management and customer service tools inlcuding Asana, G-Suite,
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can communicate accurately and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You are not afraid of asking questions when something is unclear
• Works well with deadlines and can allocate time and resources as needed
• Technology comes easy to you and you area comfortable working with: Gsuite, Asana, Acuity, Kajabi, LastPass, Zoom, Loom, Canva, Slack, BuzzSprout, You Tube, Later and comfortable learning new software as needed
• Strong ability to anticipate and take the initiative
• Is inspired to support female founders and is happiest when supporting others who are experiencing success
• Has a “let’s figure this out” attitude

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
