Who Are Elli and Dimitra Milan?
Elli Milan is a visionary artist, author, educator, inspirational speaker, and founding owner of Milan Art Institute and Milan Art Community – an online art education program, social learning, and art patronage platform. She has been a successful artist since 1996, selling over 10,00 pieces of original art. She is passionate about empowering artists and has transformed the lives of thousands of artists worldwide, helping them find their voice and turn their passion for art into a profession.
Elli is married to artist John Milan, raised four artist children, and together, created the foundation of Milan Art Institute. With her visionary approach and revolutionary art programs, Elli is a leading voice of the current Art Renaissance.
Dimitra Milan is a professional artist, mother, wife, writer, and instructor/ co-owner of Milan Art. She fell in love with painting and creating when she was 12 years old, and it will always be her first passion. Dimitra generated over a million dollars of artwork sales by the age of 15. Her success is a result of learning at the Milan Art Institute, and her paintings are collected worldwide. Dimitra has expertise in digital marketing as an influencer with over 400,000 followers on social media platforms. Dimitra is pioneering a new age of artist influencers on social media, spreading beauty across the entire planet. She is passionate about equipping artists to change the world with their art.
What You’ll Do
You are responsible for providing support to Elli and Dimitra Milan for their personal brands, working alongside their Executive Assistant. Support may include and is not limited to:
- Develop a profound understanding of Elli and Dimitra Milan's individual brand, encapsulating their individual artistic voice, style, message, and essence in every marketing endeavor.
- Execute innovative strategies to elevate Elli and Dimitra’s presence, propelling them from obscurity to global recognition.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, weekly blogs, weekly newsletters, website content updates, and social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. You will edit, design, optimize, and manage a weekly blog and several weekly email newsletters.
- Conduct public relations research to secure podcast features, press coverage, and magazine articles, expanding the individual brand's visibility.
- Coordinate calendar management, including scheduling meetings and tracking weekly metrics and strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably supporting C-suite executives or in a creative industry.
- Proven track record with Shopify, creating compelling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and possessing graphic design and photo editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other digital applications.
- Solid grasp of online marketing concepts, strategies, SEO best practices, and an intuitive understanding of the art industry's market.
- Exceptional writing, copy-editing, and communication abilities, coupled with stellar time management and organizational skills.
- A curious mind passionate about art, with a genuine interest in learning about artists, art trends, and the inner workings of the art world.
- A fast and reliable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of HTML code (very basic).
