Job Description:
JMartin Education Consulting is seeking a highly driven, goal-oriented and organized individual to fill a Virtual Assistant role.
The ideal candidate will be a sharp, energetic, independent thinker, and trustworthy individual who is committed to children and their educational journey. As a resourceful self-starter, you will maximize the productivity of the Owner, in order for the JMartin Education Consulting Team to support schools nationwide, improving outcomes for our most marginalized students.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Related
- Strong Interpersonal and Critical Thinking Skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Computer Proficiency in the Google Suite
- Ability to work well with others
- Solid organizational skills
- Masterful problem solver
- Expert follow-up
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and manage time in accordance to needs
- High level of discretion
Responsibilities/Duties
- Triage, organize and answer emails and phone calls from clients
- Maintain electronic files
- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendars
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and facilitation engagements
- Oversee correspondence and follow-ups with clients and vendors
- Shop for and coordinate gifts as needed for staff
- Coordinate invoices with finance partner
- Placing ads for open positions and reviewing resumes
- Take on additional duties, as necessary

- Located in the Metro Denver Area

- Willing to meet in person on occasion and execute local undertakings
Part time Position: 25 - 30 hours per month
Compensation: $35 per hour
