Summary
As the Vice President of Sales - East at Aristocrat Gaming you will play a pivotal role in Strategic Leadership (People, Sales, Business Development), Client Relationship Management, Strategy Development, Commercial Execution, and Business Growth Strategy across the North America region.What You'll Do
Designs, develops and execute people strategy and leads a culture, diversity, inclusion, equality and high performance.
Provides executive leadership and management in North America Aristocrat's Sales organization. Notably this role will be responsible for oversight of critical new markets.
Oversee the Eastern North American Sales Team providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
Identifies and implements strategies, and initiatives to ensure Aristocrat increases its overall market penetration within North America, protects and grows its installed base and builds and strengthen key customer relationships.
Works closely with Marketing, Gaming Operations, Systems, B&FS, Operations, Technology Services and Corporate functions to jointly represent the company's products and services to consistently provide value to our customers and stakeholders.
Oversee game sales recurring revenue objectives.
Lead and drive the Sales organization to ensure the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives
Ensure key customer/corporate relationships are developed and maintained
Review and improve Aristocrat’s key account program with a view to ensuring company effectively establishes “National Accounts” relationships with our business partners (customers)
Lead sales leadership team with organizational skills, account strategies, and territory planning and administrative responsibilities to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate to develop and drive the implementation of key strategies and initiatives to protect and increase Aristocrat’s overall recurring revenue installed base and outright sales portfolio including Half 2 (H2) initiatives.
Provides strategic and operational input to the overall Americas Sales function and be a key contributor in the development of Aristocrat America’s strategic plan.
Establishes targets and motivates the team to achieve budgeted sales volume and other organizational goals
Evaluates results within the business under your responsibility to determine if organizational objectives are being met and take corrective action where required
Leads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes within the designated region.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience. Leadership experience across multiple functional areas.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a diverse team of Sales professionals.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, distribution channels, and revenue management principles.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, financial reports, and market research to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
