As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Patient Services.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Vice President (VP) of Patient Services provides direction, supervision and leadership to the Director of Patient Services and the Director of Case Management/Housing. It is also the responsibility of the VP to ensure that care is provided in a respectful, compassionate and responsive manner, considering patient and agency preferences, needs and values. Of utmost importance is that each patient interaction focuses on patient experience and ultimately the quality of care provided. The VP is responsible for working with the COO to ensure completion of reports, audits, and more. The VP is also responsible for the front-end of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, supervision, and leadership to the Director of Patient Services and the Director of Case Management/Housing.
- Ensure that care is delivered in a respectful, compassionate, and responsive manner, taking into account patient and agency preferences, needs, and values.
- Focus on enhancing the patient experience and the quality of care provided during each patient interaction.
- Collaborate with the COO to complete reports, audits, and other necessary tasks.
- Responsible for the front-end of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize Patient Services operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Patient Services departments.
