Senior Vice President, Game Development

Job Summary:
As the Senior Vice President of Game Development, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the conceptualization, design, development, and on time delivery of innovative and engaging slot games for our company's portfolio. Leveraging your extensive experience in the gaming industry, you will drive the strategic vision for slot Game Development, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends. Position Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research and Development, Product Strategy, Sales and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless and successful integration of slot games into the gaming marketplace.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of game designers, developers, artists, and Audio designers.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, empowering team members to realize their full potential.
- Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans to drive continuous improvement and achieve departmental objectives.
3. Game Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end development process for casino games, from initial concept through to release and post-launch support.
- Champion a data-driven approach to Game Development, leveraging analytics and player feedback to optimize game mechanics, features, pricing, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines throughout the development lifecycle.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Present regular updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and board members.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.
5. Industry Thought Leadership:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in casino Game Development.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on slot Game Development.
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic management in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
