Position SummaryCredit One Bank is looking for an individual to lead the Digital Bank Operations and Product Development functions. This position will oversee the operational function of the Digital Bank. It is responsible for the development and management of the initiatives that allow Digital Bank to achieve its goals and other directives as provided by Executive Leadership.
Summary Essential Job Functions- Work with Senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives that align with the Bank’s goals as it relates to deposit banking.
- Responsible for management of the Product Owners who execute the Digital Bank initiatives.
- Support the Digital Bank by:
- Managing the Product Owners who execute the initiatives.
- Ensure the Digital Bank team is successfully managing the defects/bugs and enhancements which requires coordination of internal and external teams with various levels of technological understanding.
- Manage the Core Banking Systems and their configuration to develop new or support existing Deposit Products, services, and/or features.
- Directly manage a high-performing deposit operations team.
- Ensure deposit operations are compliant with rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Establish key metrics to measure and monitor performance to identify underperformance or opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic: You are comfortable navigating between the big ideas and execution realities to create an achievable plan that drives progression.
- Task Oriented: You understand how to organize and prioritize deliverables for yourself and the team you partner with.

- An undergraduate degree and 15-plus years of work experience at a financial institution.
- At least 8 years overseeing a deposit operations team at a financial institution.
- Knowledgeable in BSA/KYC processes for onboarding deposit customers.
- Know regulations that govern deposits and bank products (i.e. Regulation DD).
- Two years of work history that includes onboarding deposit customers via a digital channel.
- Experience managing projects in an Agile environment evidenced by prior work history.
- Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project/time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results.
