Form of workRyan Fireprotection is looking to add a Director of Marketing or a VP of Marketing (title will depend on candidate’s experience) to our existing Marketing Team to help create, direct and execute the marketing strategy company wide.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating cohesive identities related to all current and future brands. They will need proven experience running a marketing group as you will be responsible for providing guidance to our team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. They will also need excellent relationship skills as you’ll work with many departments internally. They will be responsible for managing all vendor relationships related to marketing.
This is a new position and will report to the President.
Other job responsibilities:
- You will work closely with our sales department to develop a strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share
- Researching demand for our products and services
- Competitor research
- Identifying potential customers
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Lead and manage website strategy for multiple companies
- Develop online content strategy
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns
- Support recruiting efforts with marketing campaigns
- Support sales and lead generation efforts
- Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
- Manage social media marketing strategy and content marketing
- Manage employee engagement
- Manage internal and external communications
