In this pivotal moment, we're on the lookout for a VP, Marketing Operations & Analytics, a strategic thinker and analytical wizard who will be at the core of our marketing excellence. You're not merely taking on a role; you're stepping into a leadership position where your expertise in quantifying marketing performance, guiding data-driven decisions, and ensuring marketing effectiveness will fuel our journey towards unprecedented growth.
As a senior leader in Marketing Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, your realm will encompass everything from strategic planning and budget management to analytics, reporting, and the seamless operation of our marketing technology stack.
What You'll Do:
- Drive data-driven decision making by establishing and maintaining robust marketing analytics and reporting frameworks, providing insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dynamic dashboards to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end Marketing Operations, including marketing automation, lead management, campaign management, data analytics, marketing technology, and vendor management.
- Maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting of all marketing and demand generation efforts to build the cases for additional investment in dem-gen channels, providing insights into the most productive channels to inform investment decisions.
- Identify and implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline Marketing Operations, increase productivity, and enhance campaign execution.
- Oversee the development and implementation of standardized marketing processes, guidelines, and templates to promote consistency and streamline operations.
- Ensure that our marketing database is accurate and properly segmented to align with overall go-to-market strategy, maintaining data hygiene.
- Manage relationships with external marketing service providers, agencies, and vendors, ensuring effective and efficient support and cost management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, finance, and product management, to align Marketing Operations with overall organizational objectives and initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to team members on operational matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing or revenue operations, marketing technology, or a related marketing leadership role.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams in Marketing, Marketing Operations or a similar discipline.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or Software Direct selling model. Additional experience in B2C E-Commerce is a plus.
- Experience in managing relationships with external marketing service providers, agencies, and vendors.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), analytics tools (GA4), and other marketing technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess complex marketing and operational issues and develop practical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Deep understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
