Tiello has partnered with a highly successful, and established Commercial Multi-Family Construction company in the Denver, CO on their search for a Project Executive/Assistant Vice President to work on Large Scale Ground-up and Self-Perform projects of up to $50+ million.
The primary role of the Project Executive/Assistant Vice President is to be the project leader ultimately responsible for all aspects of the project’s success including a positive referral from the Clients.
Must have Multi-Family Ground-up background.

Job Description
- Able to perform all essential Senior Project Manager responsibilities
- Participate in the development, execution, and presentations of proposals.
- Participate in preconstruction meetings.
- Oversee the buy-out of the project.
- Verify accurate financial forecasting.
- Monitor budget, schedule, and quality.
- Review and approve deliverables.
- Manage risk in accordance with company guidelines.
- Evaluate monthly project financial performance.
- Manage the strategic account process.
- Oversee the development of the initial project schedule.
- Supervise the process of project start-up.
- Encourage employee growth by mentoring and managing development plans.
- Assure that Company policies and procedures are implemented on the project.
- Monitor enforcement of project safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee the finalization of any outstanding issues with the Owner, Subcontractors, and Vendors at project closeout.
Minimum Skills Or Experience Requirements
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
- Field construction management experience (10+ years, including supervisory skills)
- Leadership ability
- Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of urgency
- Organizational and communication skills
- Drafting and computer skills
- Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
- Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating)
