Cold Prep - Pm Shift

Position: PM Cold Prep

The Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point is currently looking for an experienced Cold Prep to work the PM shift, to execute dishes for banquet events and a la carte dining.

Responsibilities to included but not limited to:

• Prep and prepare ingredients per specific recipes as directed and instructed by the Executive Chef.
• Ensuring the quality and presentation of all cold dishes and desserts as directed by the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• 2 years of same experience in hotel and resort or private club is preferred.
• Must have high volume experience.
• Must be reliable
• Must be able to work as a team member.

This is full time hourly position, commensurate with experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
