Vacation Rental Cleaners Needed

We are searching for highly experienced, detailed, and skilled Vacation Rental Cleaners who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for detailing, cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dusting, mopping, sanitising and staging all areas and surfaces of Vacation Rentals in Bradenton.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT or ability to get provided list of supplies immediately upon hire.

What type of position is this?

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Our usual shifts are between 10 am and 3 pm. Availability between these hours is a must. The schedule is flexible, you can choose to work anywhere between one to five days a week. Pick up available shifts through our scheduling app.

What does it pay?

We pay a flat rate per job. Our flat rate team members get up to $50 per hour depending on how fast and efficiently they work.

For flat rate jobs, you are on your own.

How do I check my schedule?

We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule, clock in and out, pick up available shifts, reject shifts, and receive company news/updates.

Job requirements:

• Over 18 years of age
• Free of drugs and felonies
• Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)
• Must own a vehicle and smartphone
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Valid car insurance and driver's license
• Verifiable work history and references, at least 1 year or more of paid cleaning experience. Hospitality, hotel, or Vacation Rentals cleaning experience preferred. Deep cleaning experience preferred
• Excellent attitude and work ethic
• Reliability is a must! If you take/accept a shift we rely on you to be there.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning duties include deep cleaning all areas of the property, mopping/vacuuming floors, scrubbing/cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, detailed dusting, wiping baseboards/countertops/ceiling fans/furniture, polishing stainless steel, sanitizing all touch areas, etc.
• The properties we service require a deep clean at every single scheduled service. We value quality over speed.
• Take photos of issues/damages and report.
