Beaches USA Rentals & Management is a family-owned and operated local property management company that handles all aspects of Vacation Rentals from Clearwater Beach through Treasure Island and the beach towns in between. We are looking for a part time Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Customer Service Associate will leave the first impression on our guests as we prefer our guests to speak to an individual over a recorded message; Associate will be responsible for communicating with guests on the phone as well as through our online platforms. Job responsibilities are: helping assist guests with any and all questions pertaining to their current reservation, making new reservations or modifying their reservation and forwarding calls and concerns to one of our property managers. Basic computer skills are required, knowledge of basic Microsoft word and Excel are preferred.
The Associate should be polite, have a positive attitude and be dependable. The ability to work in a team is a must. Any previous Customer Service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Job position is part time in office position- 3:00pm-7:00pm Thursday-Saturday and Sundays from 10am-6pm

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
