Airbnb Runner (Basic Maintenance and Errand Runner) - Part-Time On-Call (1099 Contractor)

We are seeking a reliable on-call Basic Maintenance and Errand Runner to join our team. Must be able to handle Basic Maintenance tasks. Must be able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. Must be able to meet strict deadlines and be available when needed, within reason. This is not a full time or even regularly scheduled position. Hours depend on needs that arise. It is typically expected that this is supplemental income for you.

Location: Tampa

Hours: Hours are based on needs and could be anywhere from 0 hours, to 15 hours per week.

Pay: Per task at a rate of $20/hour

We will pay a minimum of 1.5 hours ($30) per scheduling.

Time starts upon arrival to job site and ends once you are finished with the tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and perform task requests in a timely manner (examples below)
• Complete tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate well and in a timely manner
• Follow detailed instructions without much supervision

Example of possible tasks:

• Change a light bulb
• Change batteries
• Troubleshoot technology
• Quality checks for cleans
• Put trash bins at the curb
• Some exterior maintenance
• Clean off decks and patios
• Clean duck poop off dock
• Sweep entry ways
• Re-stock supplies
• Shopping for replacement items
• Replacing broken items
• Laundry
• Scrub stains from linens
• Helping cleaners
• Check in on guests
• Other tasks that do not require specialized skill
• Mow lawn
• Pick weeds
• Spray bug spray
• Pick up items from the store
• Mount a TV
• Fix a door handle
• Collect Mail
• Paint
• Basic house repairs

Requirements:

• Own reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Flexibility with reasonable on-call availability 7 days a week

This is a 1099 contractor position with a pay rate of $20 per hour. If you are a reliable worker, we would love to hear from you!
