Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vacation Rental Inspector to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect Vacation Rental properties before a guest stays to ensure they meet our company's standards and are ready for occupancy.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of Vacation Rental properties before guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and overall readiness.
- Check all amenities and features of the property, including but not limited to appliances, furniture, electronics, pools, and heating/cooling systems.
- Document any damages, maintenance issues, or cleanliness concerns.
- Follow established inspection protocols and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all properties.
- Assist with occasional property maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries in TV remotes and pool alarms.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with technology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness issues
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
