Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer
Department: Sales/Marketing
- Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders at rehabilitation hospitals and providing training on MTG and TruCath products as needed to drive product utilization with patients
- Maintain regular contact and build strong working relationships with DME representatives who work closely with rehabilitation hospitals within the territory to drive MTG and TruCath product utilization with patients being discharged from a rehabilitation hospital
- Contribute in a positive and meaningful manner to meet or exceed the urological sales forecast and other performance metrics that may be put in place from time to time
- Develop and maintain open, positive and productive lines of communication with other members of the urological sales team and marketing and support staff, including, but not limited to, initiating market feedback, aligning with procedures for reporting product problems, and following policies/procedures
- Control expenses and display fiscal responsibility with samples, travel, meals and entertainment, and other sales-related expenses.
- Utilize HR Pharmaceuticals’ sales tools (Ring Central, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, Dynamics CRM) when performing job duties, timely input detailed information into Dynamics CRM, and leverage PowerBI to monitor product utilization in the territory and uncover additional opportunities.
- Represent HR Pharmaceuticals in a professional, ethical and compliant manner at all times
- As necessary, perform other duties required.
- Live and exemplify the HR Philosophies each and every day and in all tasks performed on behalf of HR.
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in medical device sales with preference given to urological sales
- Superior communication skills – verbal, written and presentational

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics preferred and the ability to learn other computer programs a must
- High energy, self-motived, proactive, goal oriented and enthusiastic
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required within the assigned territory
