Position Purpose: The Executive Assistant provides essential administrative support to the CEO and senior executive team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in daily work routine and maintain their calendar.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, handling phone calls, visitors, and inquiries.
- Coordinate and communicate projects and programs managed by the executive office.
- Assist in the development of presentations and documents for internal and external audiences.
- Handle printing, faxing, mail, copying, filing, and email/messages.
- Schedule departmental meetings and assist in preparing meeting materials.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare initial draft minutes and summaries.
- Complete special projects, including creating presentations and financial spreadsheets.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Perform various support duties and handle confidential information.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two to three years' experience supporting a senior executive or team.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organization and time-management skills.
