As a member of the practice team, the purpose of the Treatment Coordinator role is to provide excellent customer service and facilitate patient care by phone and electronic communication, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Productive scheduling
- Answering phones - scheduling inbound callers for consultations
- Check in/Check out
- Adhering to financial arrangements and collecting payments
- Inter-office communication and documentation of conversations with patients
- Experience with treatment presentation and securing financial plan
- Partner with Doctor and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experience
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of Coordinating/Front Office/Receptionist Experience
- Above Average Communication & Listening Skills
