We are seeking a highly motivated financial coordinator to work on our team of dental professionals. We will teach you the skills to put you on the cutting edge of implant dentistry. You will assist our patients in planning for their life changing dental
makeover!
This role is responsible for managing the financial consultation process for each potential patient by educating them on ADIC’s advanced fixed arch tooth replacement solutions and benefits. Review Treatment Plans, financing options, and assist the patient in the decision-making process; while also assisting with overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, supporting the doctor and staff in delivering the best possible patient care.

Salary

  • $50K-$65K; negotiable based on experience
  • Potential for bonus after 90 days of employment
Responsibilities:


We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into providing a premium patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct patient interviews to understand the patients’ objective
  • Explain financial options, including third-party financing, for treatment diagnosed by the doctor
  • Understand the practices policies on dental benefits and educate the patient on available benefits if applicable
  • Understand the patient journey from lead to treatment completion
  • Ensure the patient completes the Doctor prescribed Treatment Plan
  • Uncovers and removes the patient's barriers for completing treatment; alerts the Doctor when the patient has clinical questions
  • Ensures fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the supported dental office, allowing the doctor to focus on dentistry.
  • Supervise the on-site laboratory which includes, but is not limited to, regulating quality of work, production, and maintenance/cleanliness.
  • Supervise the office team which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling/patient flow, maintenance and cleanliness of the office, verification of compliance in terms of patent charts and other legal requirements (e.g., OSHA and HIPAA mandates).
  • Responsible for dental team development, building positive relationships with the dentist and dental team members, and managing schedules to meet daily dentistry goals.
  • Motivate office team members and proactively seek ways to improve the dental practice.
  • Manage all front and back-office tasks, including daily operations of the dental office, managing both employee and patient relations, performance management, and achieving operational goals.
  • Achieve revenue goals by overseeing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and Treatment Planning coordination.
  • Resolve patient complaints in a professional and caring manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proven and successful Treatment Planning case acceptance & closing rates
  • Ability to express empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of third-party financing and dental insurance
  • Practice management software experience (Open Dental preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Sales experience a must; dental sales preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer, verbal & written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and relationship-building skills
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is preferred
  • Competitive spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed goals
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Higher education preferred
