Alpharetta Smile Care is a family owned and family oriented General/Cosmetic dental office in Alpharetta, GA. We have been a part of our community for 20 years. We are currently looking for an approachable Treatment Coordinator who is personable, relatable to our patients and most of all genuine. POSITION SUMMARY: THE TREATMENT COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRESENTING TREATMENT PLANS, PRESENTING PATIENTS WITH FINANCING OPTIONS, AND CHECKING PATIENTS OUT.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Presents Treatment Plan and payment options. Works with patients to overcome objections. Answer any questions. Communicate treatment in a way that patients better understand the procedures, expected outcomes, and any negative outcomes if treatment is not accepted. Requires insurance information from the Financial Coordinator.

- Check patients out and collect balances

- Works hand in hand with our Scheduler and Financial Coordinator

- Maintains treatment tracker for any unscheduled treatment.

- Answers incoming patient calls. Second to answer calls.
