Main Purpose:
The main purpose of a dental office Treatment Coordinator is to ensure the smooth flow of patient care by effectively managing appointment schedules, facilitating communication between patients and the dental team, and assisting with financial aspects of treatment plans. The Treatment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a positive patient experience, from the initial appointment scheduling to the completion of treatment.
