12-month W2 contract
Pay rate: $32-37/hr, 40 hours per week
Locations: LA, MTV, SF, Seattle, NYC, Chicago, Austin
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Travel-On-Call channel daily operation, such as answering inquiries and questions about business travel, handling internal complaints, coordinating internal solutions, and working on organizing service information into documents.
- Provide daily support on travel service procurement operations. Coordinate and communicate with multi-departmental stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of procurement projects.
- Support travel service procurement management, includes but is not limited to vendor certification documentation, filing and payments.
- Other daily procurement operations and data analysis tasks if needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above major in business management, tourism, or related field.
- At least 1+ year of working experience in travel, procurement, or customer service operation.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Customer-service driven, strong sense of responsibility, and capable of facing challenges independently.
- Be proactive and patient, with strong attention to detail. Have excellent time management skills, strong sense of service and teamwork spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with local/international teams across functions.
- Multi-language speakers are preferred.
