About the Internship

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Printfresh, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of social media marketing and content creation. You will work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams to support the execution of social media and influencer strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. This internship will provide valuable insights into the fashion industry, online retail, and the art of creating a cohesive, branded social media presence.

This is a 3 month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

This position is a paid internship, offering $10-12/hr, based on experience. Our team is on a hybrid schedule - so must be able to intern with us in person, 1-2 days a week, on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

We are looking for an intern who can start immediately.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Drive community engagement across all brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok), including commenting and liking on relevant influencer, brand and customer posts/stories to increase brand awareness and placement within the algorithm
• Respond to Facebook and Instagram comments on brand posts in a timely manner, working with our copywriter and other departments as needed to formulate the proper responses as needed
• Like and comment on tagged content, and passing the best content on to the ad team for potential use in a paid capacity
• Utilizing TailWind to plan and schedule Pinterest content
• Assist with influencer marketing, including finding on-brand influencers to recruit, maintaining the integrity of affiliate discount codes, and pulling and sorting of influencer posted content
• Assist with content creation, including pulling photo and video inspo, prepping and styling for shoots, organizing product samples, and maintaining the photo studio/prop space
• Assist with the compiling of daily and monthly metrics using platforms like GRIN, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
• May occasionally assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills
• Friendly communication style - both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and TikTok
• Ability to use Google applications like Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.
• Passionate about ethical and responsibly manufactured clothing
• Able to work in-office at least one day/week for the duration of the internship
• Able to work at least 16 hours/week in total
