As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing LMS and CMS technical support for a product company, including troubleshooting issues, responding to client inquiries, system maintenance and integrity.
- Supporting Learning Operations, build and manage the course catalog of learning activities (ILT, WBT, OJT, SSG, etc.), including uploading and troubleshooting course content.
- Delivering systems support training as needed to the global learning community,
- Researching and resolving learner issues, LMS completions, or content related issues within the LMS & CMS, submitted in the business ticket tracking system or email,
- Creating and maintaining competence assessments and associated learning paths (qualifications) in the CMS
- Processing new qualification builds, revise/split/combine/rename qualifications, analyze and manage qualification credit
- Creating and maintaining career development paths in collaboration with training managers and in alignment with the business needs.
- Managing requests for data uploads i.e., completions and certification assignments.
- Managing and process training assignments in the LMS.
- Creating and uploading new content, e.g., web-based-training, quick assessments in the LMS.
- Monitoring and auditing LMS and CMS input to ensure data integrity and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Assisting in process development and refinement to improve functionality and customer support.
- Supporting LMS & CMS implementation and/or migration projects as assigned.
Fuel your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred (or have a high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, Training or Quality)
- Have previous experience in Human Resources, Training and/or Quality.
- Have extensive learning management system (LMS) administration experience, prefer experience with the SumTotal® Learn platform.
- Have Systems Administrator knowledge of skills and competency management software.
- Have Microsoft 365®, Advanced MS Excel experience.
- Have experience working with learning data and knowledge of learning design.
- Have experience with learning authoring tools, i.e., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, etc. is a plus.
