The Role:
The Transportation Coordinator role will help us continue to build upon our services in the Bay Area. We are seeking a problem solver who is passionate, collaborate, and thorough to support our clients' program initiatives
Directly supporting our client's commuter program to implement corporate transportation programs and develop policies that fellow coordinators can market and follow, the role will support the development of our client's transportation and mobility programs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end processing of all incoming charter reservations requests for client programs, or any other third party charter bus operators, as requested by client employees' for day-to-day transportation operations
- Manage and respond to client workforce inquiries and feedback, and collaborate with the Transportation Team to organize shared documents and relay key issues/suggestions
- Partner with client contacts and other partners to plan, oversee and execute Transportation matters for various scale events
- Aggregate, reconcile and submit weekly operational reports based on various metric parameters, as needed
- Perform program related special projects and duties as assigned and directed by the client
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-6 years' experience in the pubic, private, or non-profit sector in a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Project/program management experience
- Good understanding of local transportation stakeholders, issues, and policies
- Experience with transportation traffic planning concepts, transportation demand management techniques, and communications/marketing for multimodal transportation
- Skills in spreadsheets, and shuttle and event management platforms required
