Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and monitoring Providence Medical Foundation Orange County & High Desert (PMF OCHD) overall Emergency Management Program (EM) Serves PMF OCHD in the following capacity: Emergency Management, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, Emergency Response Training Coordinator, Hazardous Material and Decontamination Response, Environment of Care Coordinator and Supervises all aspects of the Emergency Preparedness program of the organization. Ensures all Life Safety programs are implemented and provides training to all clinic staff. Develops all Emergency Management and Business Continuity plans for PMF OCHD locations.

Required qualifications:
- ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 within 1 year of hire.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- IHSS Certified Hospital Protection Administrator upon hire.
- 2 years of Supervisory experience in Emergency Preparedness, and/or safety and/or healthcare management with a strong background in emergency planning.
- Healthcare or EMS/Fire/HazMat experience.
- Instructor experience.
- Experience military, law enforcement or private security
