Position Description:
  • Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California. Previous experience in clinical education preferred.
  • Coordinate, develop and implement processes for providing clinical education for all facilities
  • Work in collaboration with Nursing leadership to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
  • Ensure that Continuous Quality Improvement studies are being conducted, evaluated, and communicated appropriately.
  • Ensure required Corrective Action Plans (CAP) are completed in a timely manner and results are communicated through the appropriate processes.
  • Schedule and conduct Medical Audit Committee, Infection Control Committee, and CQI committee meetings in accordance with accreditation standards
  • Conduct audits of patient Electronic Health Records to ensure that patient care is being rendered and documented in accordance with local, state and national standards.
  • Assist with onboarding processes
  • Assist with orientation and training of new clinical staff members in coordination with county nursing leadership
  • Coordinate ongoing readiness for accreditation processes and participate in surveys
  • Collaborate with HSA to conduct monthly staff meetings with NaphCare employees
  • Work with HSA and county leadership to fulfill the contractual requirements related to training, education and accreditation compliance.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $40 - $50 / hr
