What You’ll Do:
Lien Perfection Process:
- Provide assistance to lenders with lien perfection process and required documentation to include assisting with the training process
- Utilize title tracking reports and daily loan production reports to ensure all necessary lien documents are accounted for
- Verify accuracy and completeness of title documents obtained by the lenders
- Verify accuracy of collateral information contained in data processing system and electronic title storage system
- Complete documents necessary to perfect Robins Financial lien on pledged collateral, along with lien releases, replacement title forms and other documents within the required timeframe
- Maintain outstanding lien reports completing follow up as necessary
- Maintain error tracking reports providing regular updates to management
- Sort, process and file titles received from other lenders and the Department of Motor Vehicles
Additional Functions:
- Monitor and balance recording fee GL
- Maintain and update title procedures and processes as needed
- Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.

What You Need To Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year title, one-year financial institution, and one-year data entry experience
Knowledge and Job Performance Requirements:
- Knowledge of lien perfection policies and procedures
- Skills: Customer Service, computer (data entry, Word, Excel, etc.), communication skills (written and oral), organizational, and time management
