In house marketing, processing and underwriting. Loan partners ready to help our Mortgage Loan Officers with day to day task. We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our team and grow with us!

Responsibilities:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
• Take appropriate action to resolve client issues

• Ability to prioritize multiple competing task
• Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
• Professional and effective interpersonal skills
• Coachable and willing to learn

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Loan officer: 1 year (Preferred NOT REQUIRED!!)

License/Certification:

• NMLS (Preferred NOT REQUIRED!!!)

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
