Office Clerk- Maxie Price RV is looking for an office/Title Clerk on a part-time, potential for full-time, basis. This position will be for 20-30 hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
•Process and file paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a unit
•Maintain strict compliance with all state title laws and filing requirements
•Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
•Communicate with customers and the county clerk's office on related issues
•Perform administrative/clerical duties as needed
•Ensure all paperwork is organized and filed properly
•Scan and file all deals and payables.
Qualifications
•Possesses Microsoft Office skills as determined by an assessment.
•Demonstrates previous experience working in real estate transactions.
•Holds a valid Notary License.
•Has US work authorization.
•Possesses organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
•Notary is preferred, but not requires
