Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Tag & Title Clerk. As a Tag & Title Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting research, processing tag & titles, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Duties
- Conduct research to gather information on titles
- Process and prepare tag & title documents
- Review and verify legal documents related to vehicle purchase transactions
- Coordinate with lenders, county and state agencies, and other parties involved in the tag & title process
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience as a Tag & Title Clerk or in a similar role is preferred
