Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:

Billing

• Bill all New and Used car deals for Porsche
• Send contracts to bank via UPS
• Verifies all down payments have been collected before processing
• Verifies that all required documents are in the file
• Figures commission based on current pay plan and submits to HR every Tuesday by 5pm
• Maintains salesperson commission schedule
• Keep schedule of paid out minimum wage. Deduct as needed
• Make payments for payoff in trades
• Post all sales in accounting
• Post funding and maintains CIT schedule. Follow up on any funding over 10 days old
• Clean new and used inventory schedules before closing (weekly if needed)

Monthly Statements

• Posts all reserve statements from banks each month (Porsche, BOA, Ally, TDAF, etc.)
• Post all remittance statements for products each month (Porsche, Allstate, JMA)
• Maintain reserve and policy payable schedules for aged items and differences to be charged back to FI managers
• Report FI chargebacks to Brooke each month

Tag/Title Clerk

• Processes all New and Used car Tag & Title apps through DLR DMV
• Handles paperwork for out of state customers through DLR 50
• Prepares paperwork as needed on an emergency basis and sends a runner to the county for processing
• Assist in helping customers when calling about status of tag/titles
• Maintains used car inventory folders. Follow-up on payoffs to be sure those titles are coming in. Any issues resolved ASAP
• Apply for any duplicates as needed
• Verifies TAVT on all deals
• Issues refund checks to customers for overpayment on TAVT
• Post DLRDMV invoices daily
• Manages Tops for FI managers

Wholesales

• Bill wholesales to auctions
• Follow up on payments and maintains wholesale receivable schedule for Porsche
• Report any aged issues to Brooke

Manage Inventory

• Stock in New and Used cars

o Maintains inventory files while kept organized and complete with required documents

• Processes Dealer Trades

o Bill DTs out and issues checks to dealerships

o Signs and sends MSOs for DTs

• Processes internal transfers

o Send titles to stores in timely manner to other stores

o Transfers new cars into loaner status

o Retire loaners into used status as needed

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of 18 years of age to be able to drive for the company
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Prior Automotive accounting experience preferred
