Job Description
- Prepares, processes and mails Tag and Title documents especially for trailer sales in Florida and Georgia.
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to leadership on the status of any missing or problem titles and maintains a current list of outstanding titles at the end of month.
- Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full. Prepares a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work.
- Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.
- Updates team personnel whenever regulations change.
- Time management applied to all Tag and Title runs in daily routines.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of forms.
- Proficient with copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
