Title Clerk

```Duties:```
- Process and review title documents and paperwork for real estate transactions
- Conduct research and gather information related to property titles
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of title transactions
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the title process
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns

```Qualifications:```
- Strong knowledge of title processing procedures and real estate law
- Proficient in conducting research and utilizing GIS (Geographic Information System) tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various parties involved in the title process
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional service to clients
