Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:00PM (flexible)

Responsibilities – Accounting/ Title Clerk:

• Prepare title paperwork for wholesale deals
• Prepare out of state titles for non-resident customers
• Process accounting transactions for billing new & used vehicles transactions
• Prepare commissions on car deals for the payroll department
• Process payoffs and organize paperwork for the tag & title department
• Process rebates on new vehicles
• Prepare the daily deposit
• Various other accounting duties, including stocking in vehicles and some reconciliations.

• Qualifications - Accounting/Title Clerk:
• Previous Dealership and Titling Experience is preferred
• Familiarity with title processing software companies (such as DLRDMV or Title Tec.) is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
