Seeking a Teletech Coordinator to work within the Richmond, VA area. The Teletech Care Coordinator is responsible for facilitating telehealth services to a designated group of patients in skilled nursing facilities. The Teletech Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely initiation of telehealth visits for all eligible patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned skill nursing facilities to support our clinicians with patient telehealth appointments.
- Manage virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers.
- Overnights are required for certain assignments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Will need to comply with vaccination requirements – COVID and FLU
- Willing to travel across the assigned area to different facilities. Radius of 100 miles.
- Must be willing to travel within their own state and out of state when needed.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and stay on schedule.
Compensation
